After 8000 AD, humanity is living in a Dystopian nightmare. It began with the fight for diminishing natural resources, quickly evolving into nuclear world war and civil war that left Earth ravaged with pollution and disease.  

Remnants of the old world no longer exist - democracy, peace treaties, and fiat currency have all collapsed. Gems have become the main source of currency. During the chaos, power was seized by a few creating a new class based society - Royals, Aristocrats, Militia, Explorers,  Revolutionaries, Free Thinkers, Marauders, and Commoners. 8 unique classes that represent a new society, a new generation. 

Interplanetary travel has provided mankind with its first reason for hope. 
Hope to find new resources. Hope to escape oppression. And hope to usurp the status quo.
